Telephone Consultation
A doctor or nurse will telephone you within one hour to discuss your health needs. On many occasions we will be able to reassure you and provide self-care advice. Consultations are prioritised on medical needs and typically will be within 20 minutes of your call. Please telephone us again if your condition deteriorates or you have not heard from us within one hour. Please note all telephone calls are recorded for your protection and to support quality assurance and training.

Visit at home
Occasionally we may arrange a home visit if you need to see a GP and you are unable to travel. Home visits are usually completed within 4 hours and often sooner dependant on medical priority. Alternatively, when appropriate we may organise transport so that you can be seen at one of our Clinics.
